What are the main benefits of online fitness coaching?
As both an in-person and remote fitness coach, I would recommend online coaching to anyone who needs the flexibility of working out at any time of the day.
I would also recommend it if you enjoy working out on your own in the gym, but could benefit from guidance to keep you on track. This will allow you to do workouts tailored to your goals, and to help with overall fitness and nutrition.
