I’m not a Personal Trainer who just counts reps - I will be there supporting you every step of the way. I was a beginner at the gym once and I know it can sometimes be daunting and intimidating. My passion is helping you reach your goals and to make you feel confident whilst achieving them, whether it’s losing weight, strength and conditioning, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, nutrition or just healthy living, I’m the trainer for you! With years of training myself and others I have gained a wide range of knowledge and skills that I would love to share with you. Meet Alex👊🏼

Before joining Toby Pink Fitness, Alex was grinding away at CrossFit giving 110% every session, but constantly feeling battered and frustrated. Despite all that effort, the results just weren’t coming. Balancing a busy professional life, staying injury-free, and actually getting in the best shape possible felt almost impossible.

Fast forward to now… 💥

Alex has seen abs for the first time in his adult life 😳

💥 11 kilos down and stronger than ever! 💪📈

When Richard first came to me, he wasn’t in a good place. His demanding job, health issues, and overwhelming stress made it nearly impossible to stay consistent. He felt stuck, miserable, and low on energy.

But he knew something had to change — and he couldn’t afford to wait any longer.

He took action.

He could’ve kept procrastinating for another couple of years, letting things get even worse. But instead, he made the decision to take control of his health.

Feeling overwhelmed and intimidated about starting your fitness journey?

I’m using my plastic crack (Warhammer) to show the progression you can make in the gym.

I felt intimidated when starting to paint Warhammer as there are people far better than me and I will never paint to the standard that they do but it doesn’t mean I can’t enjoy the hobby for what is it and the same goes for starting the gym and your fitness journey.

Yes, you may not be Chris Bumstead or look like a fitness influencer but it doesn’t me you won’t see progress and reap the rewards of building muscle, dropping fat and becoming fitter.
