Mind in Kingston We are a local, independent mental health charity supporting those in the Royal Borough of Kingston

We are an independent local charity affiliated to National Mind that provides support and services to people with mental health issues. We focus on recovery, coping mechanisms, improving wellbeing and self-esteem, and connecting with the local community. In addition, we raise awareness about mental health, run campaigns, work with the local community and influence local policy and services.
