A lovely testament to our reconnect and retreat afternoon. ❤️
Here is my cheeky Ardha Chandrasana variation, moving pelvis rib-cage and head into external and internal rotations. Rotating the pelvis on the femur bone.

Retreat and Reconnect -we certainly did!
We started with a somatic/strengthening/stabilising sequence for pelvis stability. Foundational movements followed by some cheeky variations on Ardha Chandrasana. A moment of pause with cacao ceremony and cake and then drifting into restorative and a profound journey through the koshas as a yoga Nidra.
Gratitude for your friendship your professionalism and all round blissful brilliance. For our gorgeous community at Yoga Hutch. For for your stunning flower arrangements and (Gill)for the loan of your beautiful cacao cups.
25 October marked the Chath Puja, Nahay Khaay a day of purification and preparation a sacred Hindu festival and my day ended with friends and celebrations

As we move into the rich, earthy energy of deep autumn, we invite you to a cosy afternoon of retreat, reconnection, and nourishment. We’ll explore sensation and awareness as I guide us through an stabilising and stress-relieving somatic practice; then a heart-warming cacao ceremony with intention setting and journaling draws our attention inwards to reconnect with our wisest selves. We’ll then settle into luscious restorative poses, and our afternoon concludes with a deep guided visualisation with Becky.

We will hold space for you with gentle easeful movement, heart-warming cacao and tasty healthy snacks all intended to connect you back to your inner sense of centered stillness. Bring blankets, a journal and pen and your mat and we will bring the rest. Bring a friend, no yoga experience necessary

The wonderful Annalisa will be joining me next May to host our annual 'find your balance' retreats.

Join us both in the mountains of southern Spain for a nourishing week of meditation, options of early morning Astanga or vinyasa flow. Evening restorative, somatic movement and sound baths.

A luxurious week of yoga, self-care and sunshine. All in a gracious finca with natural pools and a vast airy shala. What's not to love!
