Our Memory Lane Day Centre in Kingswood continues to provide a welcoming space for those living with dementia to connect, create & feel a sense of belonging.
Each week, we host a variety of meaningful activities, such as live music, crafts and afternoon tea with friends.
Our domestic services are designed to make everyday life easier and more comfortable at home.
Whether it’s washing up, vacuuming, laundry or a spot of light gardening, our trained domestic assistants can take care of the household tasks that have become more difficult.
We can even help with errands or pet care, ensuring your home stays just the way you like it!
Artificial intelligence is being used in the UK for the first time to help diagnose dementia more quickly and accurately.
A new study combines state-of-the-art blood tests to detect biomarkers, which detect tiny proteins in blood, and can show early signs of Alzheimer's. AI is then used to pull the results together.
The aim is to speed up diagnosis, reduce the need for invasive procedures and allow patients to receive treatment and support sooner.
Patients in Wales could be some of the first to benefit new research looking at how Artificial Intelligence combined with blood tests can help dementia patients.
