Are you ready to return to Pilates? Now is the perfect time!

If you've previously attended our Pilates classes at icpc Health and are considering a return, now is the perfect time!

Our weekly Para Football sessions resume on Wednesday 5-6pm at Inverurie Community Campus.

Our goal is to make football accessible to children whose neurological differences can make traditional football environments harder to navigate.

Football environments can be overwhelming
Many neurodivergent children (such as those with autism, ADHD, or sensory processing differences) may struggle with:
Loud noise and crowds
Fast-paced instructions
Strict rules and high-pressure competition
Social communication demands

Para football offers adapted environments—quieter settings, clearer routines, smaller groups, and more flexible rules—so children can enjoy the game without unnecessary stress.

So if you think your child would like to give it a try drop us a message and we will pass on the joining details.

We are glad to announce that clinic is now back open.

There are a number of messages and rescheduled appointments to sort through, so our lines may be a little busier than usual and we appreciate your patience with us as we deal with this.

Looking forward to seeing everyone as they arrive back at ICPC Health

Please also give yourselves extra time to find suitable parking, as the accumulations of snow at the sides of the road will not allow for cars to safely park and lorries to pass down the road. The car park can be used by all for the remainder of this week to access clinic.

For a second day, given the ongoing snow situation, clinic will be closed (Tuesday 6th Jan).

We have to ensure that our clients and staff safety is our priority. All clients will be contacted by our front of house team. Classes in a face to face capacity are also cancelled. Our online Pilates classes are still running and if you wish to book into this head over to our website to get your place.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday (weather permitting). Now time to go out, again, and clear the paths and driveway!!!

“SAMH’s services are essential in combatting the mental health crisis, especially The Nook.”

Earlier this month we spoke to Zander Murray, Scotland’s first openly gay professional football, about his mental health journey ⚽

“Back in 2021, my mental health and my own self-talk were just constant negativity. It did impact me.

“I engaged with a lot of different mental health supports. I’ve tried counselling, mindfulness, journalling, improving my diet, among others. Some of these have really helped me, but I’ve learned it’s often about being holistic. It’s not always one thing that helps, but a combination.

“I was very lucky to have a family support network. Friends and people in the football community also reached out to me.”

“For any LGBTQ+ sportsperson thinking about coming out, it can feel like the world is against you. But what you might not see is the outpouring of love and support you’re going to get. Friends, family and people in the football community got in touch to support me.

“When you’re ready, life gets so much better.”
