Are you feeling this intensity of energy moving through you? kicking things up and out of every single part of your life that doesn't serve you.
I know I am, and many people I've spoken to are feeling/experiencing it. Hugeeee cosmic energy at a high voltage coming in and literally blasting the old out. Although this has been going on a while now, this solar eclipse has magnified it to the max. It can feel very overwhelming, like a wave of anxiety......
So my friends....
🕉Reach out and know you are not alone.
🕉Talk and connect to like-minded friends.
🕉Get support.
🕉Surrender into letting go.
🕉Trust this process.
🕉Allow the old must die to make way for the new.
🕉Be kind and gentle with yourself.
🕉Find your own pace and ways.
🕉Rest really rest.
🕉Self reflect.
🕉BREATHE.... DEEP.
🕉Nourish yourself well, eat good food.
🕉Step away from chaos and drama. ( Turn the TV off and put your phone down)
🕉Relish in nature, get in the sea, river, hands/ feet in the soil.
🕉Be with people who nourish your heart and soul.
🕉Find a spiritual connection, whatever that means to you.
🕉Listen to your intuition.
🕉Take that inspired action.
🕉Keep your thoughts as focused as you can on your highest vision.
Even if you do a small shift into the above guidance, you're on it.

Praise yourself for coming this far. Let's all hold hands and step forward in unity.

You know one of my most favourite things to do is to grow food, I'm by no means a pro at it but I've been playing for a few years now and I've still and probably always will have so much to learn. However, there is so much joy in this simple process for me. For one, it's deeply grounding. It brings me back to that awesome connection with earth, and I feel that nature nurtures profoundly.
It's also becoming an absolute necessity for me now as I look at the poor quality of food that we purchase, full of Fungaside and pesticides and everything besides health.
I also have a passion for using and reusing anything to plant into. You'll see above. I've used sandwich cartons and any plastic tub rather than put it in the bin or recycling.
Truth is guys its easy, let's be as resourceful as possible.... all you need is a windowsill, sunlight, earth, water seeds and love and care in your hearts and finger tips.
So I've popped this message on my work page because this is the work we could all be doing to sustain our lives, planet, and future generations. Its tiny little loving steps that support ourselves and the world at large.
Let's teach our children and grandchildren to be resourceful, let them know REAL food comes from the earth, not a packet.

Although I'm hugely grateful for good organic food from the super market, why go so often when you can grow so much in your home and garden.
The picture of the celery above was shop bought, cut off and used, then the stump of it I placed in water and there you have it..... its growing again.
The other shoots are from tomato seeds that I collected from our home grown batch last year.
Life keeps giving to life.... its beautiful.

THE FOUR LAWS OF A SHAMAN

The first says:

"The person who comes into our life is the right person"

In other words, no one comes into our lives by chance, all the people around us, who interact with us, are there for a reason, to make us learn and advance in each situation.

The second law says:

"What happens is the only thing that could have happened."

Nothing, but nothing, absolutely nothing that happens to us in our lives could have been otherwise.

Not even the most insignificant detail.

There is no: "if I had done such a thing, such another would have happened...".

Nope.

What happened was the only thing that could have happened and it had to have been so for us to learn that lesson and move on.

Each and every one of the situations that happen to us in our lives are perfect, even if our mind and our ego resist and do not want to accept it.

The third says:

"Anytime it starts is the right time."

Everything starts at the right time, neither before nor after.

When we are ready for something new to start in our lives, that is when it will begin.

And the fourth and last:

"When something ends, it ends."

Just like that.

If something ended in our lives, it is for our evolution, therefore it is better to leave it, move on and advance already enriched by that experience.

I think it is not by chance that you are reading this, if these words came into our lives today; It's because we're prepared to understand that no snowflake ever falls in the wrong place."

Wooohooooo...My new adventure...
Menstruality Leadership Training with the Red School💚❤️🩸🙏

Hey beautiful people, I'm super happy to announce that my application for the Menstruality Leadership training has been accepted and I embark on my intense training with the Red School over the next few months...I’ll be immersing myself fully in this wonderful and much needed training to gain deep inner knowledge through my own cycle and to eventually support other women through the cycles menstruality, including Menopause.

However, in order to fully focus on this training I’ll be retracting from other areas of my life. Not that I'm on social media often, but I will be less available. I'm still working 3 days a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. I will be using my other days for study and of course family etc.

I've chosen to work in this area of Menstruality as there are so many women with such issues and imbalances in this area. Many have been some of my clients for years, and also new young girls/women coming that are struggling. I hope to have deeper knowledge and practical, embodied wisdom to support, what I feel is the most powerful gift women have. I believe these powerful cycles and points of Initiation has been tucked into the shadow lands of our lives and sadly demonised as a problem for many .....well eons. Its time to help women turn towards their innate power not away from it.

In memory of my friend jillian....❤️🙏🕉 who will be missed so much.

I wrote this poem a while back.... trying to Articulate the depth of grief that we feel can sometimes seem a futile with words and language, yet here is my attempt to share what I know of the alchemy of grief... the process we go through if we can allow ourselves too.

Cracked open.



I feel you in your devastation, your pain, your deep loss…… as if split and cracked wide open and every part of you is scrambling to hold onto the fragments to keep it together 💜 I feel you in your desperateness to search for what has been lost only to find avoid an empty space 💜

I feel you as you scramble for breath and clutch your heart, Hold tight on to the parts of someone that has dissolved ….. I feel you as you grab hold of the your loved ones garment they once wore and inhale deeply to catch that tangible connection of their essence once more. I see you gaze endlessly at their photos with numb eyes. 💜

I hear your wails and cry’s the wordless moans and noise that endlessly seeps out of you.

I feel the wrench, the wild thoughts of regret and the deep sense of wrongness that something soooo deeply precious has been taken away!💜…. I see the images that flash through your mind, the ones you so desperately want to hold onto and others impressed upon you that haunt your every moment the thoughts and visions you wish would stop punishing you. 💜

I feel your anger and need to blame! 💜

I see you drop to the floor with the weakness of loss as if somebody has pulled the plug on your life force and the desperate pleading to a god to somehow make this nightmare NOT so!💜

I see you punishing yourself for thinking you could’ve been better, done better, saved better! 💜

I feel you drown in a sea of tears that are never ending.

I feel your heavy weight of the burden like a mountain sitting on your chest that feels like it will never leave.



I witness you sink in the ocean of grief…… 💜



And here….. I witness your stillness…. As if you too have taken your last OUT breath.



I watch, witness and hold you as stillness, time and depth pass in the gestation of the darkness💜



And then…… so very slowly you uncoil …..



I watch you slowly call the breath of life back into your body…. As if some mysterious divinity has whispered you awake💝

I see you slowly take off from the bottom of the ocean towards the surface …and there eventually and tenderly you see a glimmer of light.

I watch you inhale slowly as you break through the h***n of the surface of the water💝

I see you witness in yourself that you are not the same as you were before…. You are different, changed 💝 Reborn anew through death.

The depth of grief has taken you into the deepest richest parts of yourself to explore the caverns where you find the pearls of wisdom, vulnerability, deep grace and SOUL. This is a courageous place that can feel forced by the hand of loss. But it shimmers… calling you into deep knowing and interconnectedness and showing you a LOVE that can never be broken or spoken. It’s in the silent caverns of the heart. Here we are healed and Carry the transmuted wounds in our medicine pouch…. 💝Here is the place we hold the torch for self and others.

We are forever different, we are alchemised through death and rebirth…. 💝

Here we are the pure knowing and embodiment of LOVE

I see you… I love you…. I AM you 💝

And so it is 🙏🏼💝🙏🏼.

Together we are all on a journey called life.
We are a little broken and a little shattered inside.
Each one of us is aspiring to make it to the end.
None is deprived of pain here and we have all suffered in our own ways.
I think our journey is all about healing ourselves and healing each other in our own special ways.
Let’s just help each other put all those pieces back together and make it to the end more beautifully.
Let us help each other survive.
