Activities include Nordic walking groups, healing and wellness activities within the local community and beyond. Naturally Attuned is run by Tara Whittle, an Occupational Therapist, Holistic Therapist, Healer and trainer. Passionate about finding the best way for you to support yourself. Using holistic therapies such as Green Exercise, Vortex Healing, Reiki, Chakra balancing and aroma touch with pure Essential oils .
