I’m delighted to now offer facial cupping here in Kirkby Malzeard—a gentle, nurturing treatment designed to support both the skin and wellbeing. It’s a 45‑minute session that helps lift, sculpt and contour the face while encouraging healthy lymphatic flow. Many people also find it helpful for easing tension‑related issues such as headaches, sinus congestion, bruxism and scarring.

If you’re already enjoying Zone Face Lift, facial reflexology, or a holistic facial, shorter 15‑ or 30‑minute cupping add‑ons are available to deepen the therapeutic benefits.

Facial cupping is often described as a natural, non‑surgical facelift. Using soft silicone cups, I create a light vacuum that gently lifts the skin and underlying muscles. We begin with a hot towel cleanse and nourishing facial oil, allowing the body to settle and soften. Most people drift into a deeply relaxed state as the treatment unfolds.

There's just 4 remaining slots for this month and March is filling up fast. Please get booked in if you'd like an appointment. You can book up to four months ahead on my online diary so give yourself something to look forward to.

Please note that we are having some work done in the house in late March/ early April so appointments for 3 weeks around Easter (23rd March - 14th April) will be very limited.

If January felt endless, heavy, or just a little grey, February might be calling you in for something gentler. This is the perfect moment to slow down, soften, and let your body exhale.

My treatment room in Kirkby Malzeard is intentionally designed to feel like a cocoon from the world outside. The massage table has a heated blanket, layered with soft fleece throws and a cosy duvet to snuggle under. Candlelight flickers, warm towels are at hand, and massage oils are gently heated so every touch feels soothing and luxurious. Hot water bottles, plush face cradle covers, and a deeply restful atmosphere complete the space.

If you’d like to begin your treatment with a warming foot bath, you can. If a heated eye mask helps you drift even deeper into relaxation, that’s waiting for you too. Every detail is chosen to help your nervous system settle and your whole body feel held.

February appointments are now very limited, so if your body is craving comfort, warmth, and a moment that’s entirely yours, this is the time to book. Embrace the season and give yourself the care you deserve right here in Kirkby Malzeard.

I'm taking some time to celebrate Christmas, my son's birthday and my husband's 50th so the treatment room will be closed from Tuesday 23rd December until Wednesday 7th January.

Please order all gift cards and purchase pillow sprays and candles before 23rd December as I'm really going to try not to look at my phone or emails.
