MENOPAUSE AWARENESS DAY OFFER
Hot flushes, night sweats and irregular periods are well known symptoms of the perimenopause and menopause but irritability, palpitations, mood swings, insomnia , poor memory, headaches, weight gain, hair loss, tinnitus, gum disease, bloating, aching joints are others and the list goes on.
However, it’s important to remember that menopause is not an illness. Perimenopause is a natural, gradual process where a woman’s body moves out of childbearing years and can aim to head into a liberated, more relaxed phase of life.
