Our family wintering was literally a whirlwind!……

Starting with the fabulous news of my eldest son’s engagement in beautiful Jamaica…💕
To the devastating news days later that they were directly in the path of hurricane Melissa 😢
Thanking all the gods & goddesses for their safety during that scary ordeal. 🙏
To my surgery with the winter months fully focused on my recovery. ☺️
Leading into supporting my beautiful daughter as she birthed our families newest arrival, my second gorgeous granddaughter 💕🥰

As the light is now returning along with my energy, I’m resuming my unique and beautiful offerings. ✨
Watch the space for news of my upcoming sound journeys, reiki, massage, retreats, breathwork and I’m currently working on menopause coaching…..

Soothing Sundays Sound journey.

We are super excited to be back after deep restoration over the winter.
Our first session at this beautiful new venue in Sedbergh will take place on -

Sunday 15th February
The peoples hall
Howgill lane
Sedbergh
LA10 5DQ

We have 2 sessions available…….

6.30pm -7pm for families with younger children.
£10 entry for 1 adult & 1 child.
£2.50 each for additional children.
(A little treat will be given to take home afterwards)

7:30-8.45 teens & adults
£15 per person
Welcome herbal tea blends will be served as you take a breath and settle into the space.

Please arrive around 10 mins early so we can begin on time.
The doors will be locked as we begin our session.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you need to feel cosy and relaxed.
A yoga mat, cushion, blanket, even a hot water bottle 😊

People often describe feeling deeply relaxed, having a wonderful nights sleep afterwards. Feeling lighter, more grounded or emotionally released afterwards.
Each person’s experience is unique and your body will take exactly what it needs.

⚠️ Please note contraindications, these session are not suitable……

If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Have a pacemaker or severe epilepsy.
Have severe mental health problems.
Have had recent major surgery or had recent cancer treatment.
Please feel free to ask any questions if you are unsure. And always double check with your GP.

Places are non-refundable once booked, however your space can be gifted to someone if you’re unable to attend.

To book your space, please message me privately.
Payment is via booking link, bank transfer or cash on the door.
Once you message me, I’ll double check any contraindications and send over full booking details, including what to bring and how best to prepare.

And that’s us back home after a fabulous weekend on our Glastonbury retreat.
What a beautiful group of ladies to round off our year 🙏❤️
This weekend was incredible. To witness our ladies light up and ignite that fire within, all going home with new plans, intentions and love in their hearts.
This is my why.
The honour it is to hold space for other ladies, to allow them to share, to be held and to step into their power. And watch this transformation in only a few days fills me with joy ❤️🙏✨💫🌙💕

That’s us now for 2025 as I pour into myself and my family.

Filling my cup up during a magical week of connection and creativity with the lovely holding us at such a beautiful venue

Connecting with the sacred land of Avalon, blessings and prayers at the holy wells there’s such an abundance of healing and teachings in this sacred place.
I felt so inspired by our intuitive art sessions, that’s a regular practice I shall be bringing in 🙏❤️✨🌙

Menopause is not a closing, it is an opening.
A gateway into sovereignty, vision, and freedom.
The time when the woman’s body no longer births children, but her spirit births prophecy.
