This year I will be attending a few events.

I will be at Nottingham in March and October.

I will be at Creswell in June, September and November.

These events are amazing 🤩🤩. Perfect for the whole family, for first time visitors and for the veterans.

I will have a range of Homeopathic first aid kits available, and I will be offering mini consultations on the day.

Today we went to the pantomime. A yearly tradition in our family, something to look forward to in the middle of January.

Taking time out today to laugh and spend quality time with family the pantomime has definitely been needed.

In order to help our health and wellbeing, we need to take time out with friends and family. To laugh, to join in with the silliness and the crazy, to be a part of something bigger. Taking time out benefits our health more than we know.

I really didn't feel like getting out today, after a busy morning working then visiting a sick family member along with shopping, it was the last thing I wanted to do.

When the kids asked if I wanted to go to the park I agreed but I wasn't really feeling it.

However now I'm here with my waterproofs on, a hot drink in my hand, the rain pitter pattering on my hood and the kids laughing as they race each other on their didicars, I am so pleased I came.

Nature resets our mood and helps boost our immune system. Being out in nature is important for us all no matter what the weather.

Take time out of your day even if you don't feel like it to sit in nature and remember there is no such thing as bad weather just poor clothing choices.

We are 7 days into 2026. Life is returning to normal after the festive period and now is the time to begin thinking about what we want to achieve this year.

This year I am going to work to improve my overall health. In order to do this I need to break it down into easy to manage steps.

Step one, is to prioritise diet. Eating a balanced range of wholefoods rather than processed. Including Celtic sea salt and pink Himalayan salt daily. Braking this step down further will help me even more, I will try to only use our local butcher or farm shop for meant and veg, we even have a local farm that sells raw milk. Keeping processed food to an absolute minimum.

Step two, use preventative measures such as vitamins and supplements to ensure my immune system is supported. To help me with this step not only do I need to order the correct supplements, I also need to ensure I leave them in a place so that I remember to take them.

Step three, use Homeopathic remedies to treat any illness or dis-ease as soon as it appears , rather than suppressing and pushing the dis-ease further into the body. Having a Homeopathic first aid kit to hand helps so much with everyday illnesses.

Step four, use Homeopathic remedies to treat any emotional needs so the do not cause any further dis-ease. Seeing a Homeopath regularly will help me achieve this.

As I take time to reflect over 2025, I see lessons that have been learnt by so many this past year.

Health needs to be a top priority, not only do we need to get well when we are ill but we also need to learn how to stay well. Through diet, alternative medicine and supplements.

A support network of family, friends and health professionals who have your best interests at heart are essential to help you through the difficult days, the ok days and the amazing days.

Allowing yourself time to sit, think, contemplate, grieve for things that have happened or might never happen are just as important as celebrating the good days.

As 2026 approaches take time out to set your health goals for the year. It doesn't have to be a six mile run or the gym every day. It can be as simple as not eating fast food, switching out a processed meal for a home made one, adding vitamins and supplements to you diet. Switching from over the counter medicine for simple illnesses such as a cold or headache to homeopathic remedies. Small goals are achievable simply because they are small, but lots of small goals over the year add up to big changes.

Make 2026 the year you put your health and wellbeing first.
