Here are easy, joint-friendly exercises to pop into your day — even if it’s a busy one:
⭐ 1. 5 Minute Morning Mobiliser
Perfect before coffee!
• Shoulder rolls × 10
• Hip circles × 10
• March in place × 60 seconds
• Gentle side bends × 10 each side
⭐ 2. The Kitchen-Counter Strength Trio
Do this while waiting for the kettle:
• Counter push-ups × 10–12
• Sit-to-stand squats × 10
• Calf raises × 15
⭐ 3. Lunchtime Loosen-Up Walk
A 10–15 minute brisk walk — imagine you’re late for something fun. Swing your arms, lift your chest, breathe deep.
⭐ 4. Evening “De-Stress & Reset” Stretch
• Chest-opening stretch — 30 seconds
• Seated twist — 20 sec each side
• Hamstring stretch — 20–30 sec
• Ankle circles — 10 each side
