🍋 Lemon Garlic Chicken with Quinoa

Simple, zesty, hormone-friendly dinner 🍋 Fuel your body with balance, not restriction.

Why it helps: Protein for stable energy; garlic + lemon to calm inflammation.

Ingredients:
• 1 chicken breast
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 garlic clove (crushed)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• ½ cup quinoa
• Fresh parsley

Instructions:
• Marinate chicken in lemon, garlic, oil (15 mins).
• Pan-fry or bake until golden.
• Serve with quinoa and parsley.

A warm bowl of calm. 💚 This Green Goddess Soup soothes your system and supports a healthy, happy gut.

Why it helps: Packed with magnesium-rich greens to calm stress and reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:
• 1 head broccoli
• 2 cups spinach
• 2 celery stalks
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 onion
• 3 cups veggie broth

Instructions:
• Sauté garlic and onion.
• Add remaining ingredients, simmer 10–12 mins.
• Blend until smooth.

🥦 Roasted Veggie & Chickpea Tray Bake

The ultimate “no effort, full flavour” dinner 🌿 Perfect for busy nights when you still want your body to feel good.

Why it helps: Full of fibre and antioxidants that calm the gut and support hormone detoxification.

Ingredients:
• 1 sweet potato (cubed)
• 1 red pepper (chopped)
• 1 courgette (sliced)
• 1 red onion (wedged)
• 1 can chickpeas (rinsed)
• Olive oil, herbs, sea salt

Instructions:
• Toss everything in olive oil and herbs.
• Roast at 200°C for 25–30 mins.
