Still time to book your space for tonight's sound bath. Relax in the warmth of this amazing studio (Tuxford Wellness Centre with Nicky Mainstone) and enjoy the relaxing sounds

Sound bath this Wednesday with Darren Clarke. Online booking available until Tuesday Evening or message Nicky to reserve a place on 07525675348. Mats are supplied. Please bring a blanket and pillow for a great relaxation and rebalancing sound session. Dont forget to stay for your personal healing in the Sound bowl afterwards. Please arrive around 6.45pm for a 7pm start.
