🔹Planning🔹

This smile started with microdont lateral incisors and spacing that needed more than just alignment — it needed planning.

We used clear aligner treatment to carefully redistribute space and create the ideal foundation. Once alignment was complete, I built up the lateral incisors with composite bonding to achieve natural, balanced proportions.

The goal wasn’t just straight teeth… it was harmony, symmetry, and a result that looks natural.

One of my absolute favourite transformations I’ve completed!

🔹Smile transformation🔹

This before & after is a great example of how planning and sequencing make all the difference.

We used Invisalign not just to align the teeth, but to carefully improve the gum levels of the lateral incisors — creating a more harmonious and balanced line. Once the foundations were right, we completed the transformation with whitening and bespoke composite bonding to refine shape, proportion and symmetry.

No shortcuts — just thoughtful orthodontic movement followed by minimally invasive finishing touches.

This lovely patient wanted to improve the colour, shape and alignment of her front teeth. Due to the degree of crowding, we opted for pre-restorative alignment with and simultaneously tooth whitened.
Today, we finished with composite bonding on her four front teeth and retainers.
Minimally invasive dentistry with maximum results!

🔹Incisal edges🔹

This lovely patient came to see me concerned about white spots on her incisal edges and some uneven wear. Using composite bonding, we were able to gently mask the white spot and level the incisal edges for a more balanced, natural smile — all while keeping things minimally invasive.

No drilling, no damage to healthy tooth structure — just careful detail, shade matching and a result that blends seamlessly with her natural teeth.

Sometimes it’s the smallest refinements that make the biggest difference.

This lovely patient wanted a more harmonious smile while keeping things natural and minimally invasive. Using composite bonding, we were able to:

• Balance the overall smile
• Level worn incisal edges
• Build up microdont lateral incisors to improve proportion and symmetry

No drilling, no injections, and all completed conservatively — just carefully layered composite to enhance what was already there.

A subtle change, but one that makes a huge difference to her smile.

This gentleman was looking to improve the colour and shape of his teeth, in particular his worn incisal edges.
After a short course of tooth whitening, we used layered composite restorations to level edges, reduce embrasures and correct a slight midline cant.
This is a great example of minimally invasive treatment options producing maximum results.

In this case we first aligned the teeth using — straight teeth are not only more aesthetic, they’re easier to clean and maintain. Once alignment was complete, we carried out professional whitening to evenly brighten the smile.

The patient is delighted with the results, and I am looking forward to seeing more results like this in 2026!

🔹Composite🔹

This lovely patient presented with generalised spacing and localised wear affecting the edges of her anterior teeth. Orthodontic treatment was declined, so a direct restorative approach was planned.

Using compsite, we carried out:
• Diastema closure to improve anterior tooth proportion
• Restoration of worn incisal edges
• Refinement of symmetry and contour
• Shade-matched layering to maintain a natural appearance

This minimally invasive technique allowed us to enhance the smile without tooth preparation, preserving all remaining enamel while achieving immediate aesthetic improvement.

This lovely patient came to me hoping to enhance her smile but wasn’t keen on orthodontics — so we achieved her desired result with bespoke composite bonding. The transformation is natural and absolutely seamless.

🔹Tweaks🔹

This lady disliked the old composite restoration on her front tooth, and the slight crowding of her incisors. We initially did a short course of and finished the case today by replacing her failing composite restoration with a new layered version, which blends seamlessly with the rest of her tooth.
