🔹Composite🔹

This lovely patient presented with generalised spacing and localised wear affecting the edges of her anterior teeth. Orthodontic treatment was declined, so a direct restorative approach was planned.

Using compsite, we carried out:
• Diastema closure to improve anterior tooth proportion
• Restoration of worn incisal edges
• Refinement of symmetry and contour
• Shade-matched layering to maintain a natural appearance

This minimally invasive technique allowed us to enhance the smile without tooth preparation, preserving all remaining enamel while achieving immediate aesthetic improvement.

🔹Composite🔹

This lovely patient came to me hoping to enhance her smile but wasn’t keen on orthodontics — so we achieved her desired result with bespoke composite bonding. The transformation is natural and absolutely seamless.

Confident smiles don’t always require a long journey… sometimes it’s the little details that make the biggest difference!

This smile transformation was achieved with a short course of , tooth whitening and composite edge bonding to only four teeth. We addressed colour, shape and position issues for an excellent functional and aesthetic outcome.

🔹Tweaks🔹

This lady disliked the old composite restoration on her front tooth, and the slight crowding of her incisors. We initially did a short course of and finished the case today by replacing her failing composite restoration with a new layered version, which blends seamlessly with the rest of her tooth.

🔹Bleach and Bond🔹

This gentleman wanted to improve his tooth colour and manage his tooth wear. After a course of tooth whitening, we placed layered composite restorations to give him back his original tooth form. No drilling, no needles, no further loss of enamel!

🔹Composite Replacement🔹

This lady had composite veneers placed on her upper four incisors by another dentist a few years ago. She was keen to replace them as they were worn, had deteriorating margins and had lost their shine.
Today, we polished off the existing veneers but replaced them with composite edge bondings. Enamel is the best material out there, so I don’t cover it if I don’t have to.

This gentleman was looking to improve the colour, position and shape of his teeth. The combination of , tooth whitening and composite edge bonding has provided a fantastic outcome for him. It is a great demonstration of orthodontic and aesthetic restorative dentistry working together for the best outcome.

🔹ABC🔹

This lovely patient was looking to improve the alignment of her teeth, and improve the aesthetics of her composite restoration on her UL1. Following a short course of aligners and tooth whitening, we finished treatment with anterior composite replacement and retainer scan to give an outstanding result. What a beautiful smile!

🔹Not all composites are the same!🔹

This lady disliked her old composite veneers which were placed at another practice. They were discoloured, had stained overhanging margins, loss of surface shine/texture and were chipped. She also suffered abrasion wear of multiple root surfaces.
Today, we replaced the failing composites and covered her exposed root surfaces. The underlying teeth were severely discoloured so opaquers and layers of different composites were required to mask for the best outcome.

This lady disliked the colour, alignment and wear present on her teeth. She completed a course of clear aligners alongside some tooth whitening. Today, we finished with layered composite restorations and retainer provision. I am thrilled with this outcome!

🔹Dental trauma🔹

This lady suffered trauma to her two front teeth 10 years ago, and was unhappy with the restorations placed at that time. Following a thorough assessment, we provided root canal treatment, periodontal treatment, tooth whitening and replacement composite restorations. It has transformed her smile, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!

These photos were taken less than two hours apart. This lady disliked the overlap of her front teeth and worn incisal edges, but wasn’t keen to have orthodontics. I used layered composite restorations to disguise the tooth position and restore tooth wear, and we were both thrilled with the results.
