I am so proud to be writing this…
For the 8th year in a row, I have been awarded Three Best Rated – Best Massage Therapists in Fife 2025.
I am sitting here in the most beautiful cabin, looking straight out to Ben Nevis, I have been away for my birthday & to receive this award while I am here… it honestly feels like one of the best birthday presents ever.
I put my heart and soul into everything I do every treatment, every blend, every bit of training, every class. My whole aim has always been to give my clients the very best care I can to help you feel lighter, calmer, stronger and more connected in your body and your spirit.

Beautiful skies this morning. I stood by the edge of the sea listening to the sound of the gentle waves and the birds all around. The moon was still shining down her light and the world felt still & calm. Life can feel heavy at times but nature has a way of reminding us that when we pause to listen to the sea, the wind, the birds and our breath we find that peace is still there even when life feels overwhelming. Today take a moment to simply step outside to pause, to breathe and to simply just be. Nature has a way of holding us when words can’t. There is always a little peace to be found ❤️🙏 Llana xx

It’s been another busy day. Last day of my holiday and it started with walking in the woods. It was freezing and raining & I have my massive padded jacket on 🤣 Part of my Shamanic Training is identifying trees and how they can help in terms of healing. My day then continued with writing up my Aromatherapy case studies. I have 40 of these to write up but I am getting there. Each blend I create feels like its own wee story crafted with intention, guided with intuition & inspired by the individual needs of my clients. I am looking forward to starting my day tomorrow teaching yoga then it’s a full day of amazing Complementary Therapies. I am working my way through your emails & messages. I have just had the most amazing wee holiday by the sea. When I was away I visited my favourite bookshop. There is something about the sea and a good book that holds magic for me. The bookshop I visited held shelves of second hand stories, filled with the scent of old paper & every book I held felt alive, filled with energy and memories of all they have touched before. I could have spent hours in there. Since I have been young, books have been a big part of my life, so much so that when I moved in with my now husband my books moved in before I did 🤣 I remember he once bought me a kindle, in the hope that all my books would be stored neatly in the one place but this never really worked for me. Feeling the weight of a book in my hands, the feel of the pages and the way a story unfolds in a book is irreplaceable.

Being in this bookshop near the sea reminded me that people are like books. Each & everyone of us full of stories, layers & chapters that make us who we are. Some pages are happy, some are painful, but all are part of the amazing human beings we are, flaws and all.
Through my holistic work, whether it is massage, reiki, reflexology, yoga or aromatherapy, I hold space for your stories. A place where the body, heart & spirit can be allowed to let go. Where the next chapter can begin to unfold with your amazing awesomeness ❤️
