HUTCHISON - Catherine (Cathy)
It is with a heavy heart that the family announce the passing of Cathy (formerly of Approach Row) on Saturday 1st November 2025 at Chapel Level Nursing Home, Kirkcaldy. Cathy was a gentle woman in every sense and never lost that, she lived with vascular dementia for over 10 years, moving to Chapel Level 18 months ago where she found not only a new lease of life but as you can see from the photo, she also found her smile again. Cathy's smile lit up the room and her laugh echoed through the corridors, even when she could no longer walk or hold a conversation, she still laughed and smiled constantly, punctuated by an .... AYE! When you remember Cathy, remember her smile.
Funeral Service for Cathy will be held on Friday 21st November 2025 at Kirkcaldy Crematorium at 10.15 a.m. to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only but donations in lieu of flowers will be welcomed for Chapel Level Care Home, if so desired.

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy on Monday 3rd November 2025, Sarah, aged 54 years. Much loved mum of Melissa and Megan, loving granny of Gracie and Eilidh, treasured daughter of Rita, beloved partner of Davie, and a dear friend to many.
Funeral Service for Sarah to be held on Monday 24th November 2025 at Crosbie Matthew Funeral Home, 6 Church Street, Glenrothes at 12.30 p.m. thereafter to Kingskettle Cemetery at 1.30 p.m. to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

It is with great sadness that the family of William (Bill) Vanbeick announce his passing on Saturday 25th October 2025.
Much loved Husband of Joan (Jan) and Dad to Joyce and Neil.
Grandad to Leanne, Darrell, Zoe, Abbie, Gregor, Kirsten, Gemma and Matthew and Great Grandad to Jorgia and Hallie.
He tried so hard to stay with us and fought his best fight but sadly lost his battle with all of his ‘people’ as he called us by his side.
Funeral will take place on Thursday 13th November at 11:30am at Dunfermline Crematorium to which all family and friends are respectfully invited.

It is with great sadness the family share the passing of James Young (Jim) surround by his loving family on Thursday 23rd October 2025 aged 79 years. Beloved husband to Linda, much loved dad to Laura, Susan and Pamela, dear father in law to David and Chris, also a proud grandad to Charlotte and Hamish, loving brother-in-law and uncle. Jim will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him. A service to celebrate Jim’s life will be held in West Wemyss Church on Friday 7th November at 9:45 a.m. followed by interment at Macduff Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. to which all family and friends are invited.
