Welcoming the Winter season at The King's with an open afternoon for the kids (aimed at 2 - 7's) to meet The Snow Queen, offer their winter wishes and receive a crystal gift.

There is lots happening in the town on this day with the Christmas lights switch on at 5pm and entertainment on the high street.

Daytime Cafe open at the King's and an evening of musical entertainment in the lounge from 7pm

Self-regulation is important to avoid the fight or flight response. Are you really being chased by a tiger and in a life or death situation?

Remind yourself that you are in control. Sit with the overwhelm and focus on your breath until it calms. Go outside, get some air and shift your focus to calm and restful.
