Hi everyone,

There’s been some changes that I thought I would share with you all. Alison and Kath are taking a break from Consulting as a lot of you will already know.

Everyone that’s been to the Wesham Weight Loss Centre will hopefully remember us from when we took on the shop way back in 2017.

We are Lucy & Dean. We have been consulting for 11 years now, and have supported 1000s of slimmers across the UK to achieve their weight loss goals.

We wanted to offer you all a RELAUNCH* offer as a thank you for your support on this page.

'TWAS THE MONTH AFTER CHRISTMAS

'Twas the month after Christmas, and all through the house,
Nothing would fit me, not even a blouse.
The biscuits I'd nibbled, the champagne I'd taste,
All the holiday parties had gone to my waist.

When I got on the scales there arose such a number!
When I walked to the shops (less a walk, more a lumber).
I'd remember the marvellous meals I'd prepared;
The gravies and sauces and beef nicely rared,
The wine and the rum balls, the bread and the cheese,
And the way I'd never said, "No thank you, please."

As I dressed myself in my husband's old trshirt,
And prepared once again to do battle with dirt,
I said to myself, as I only can,
"You can't spend all Summer disguised as a man!"

So-away with the last of the sour cream dip,
Get rid of the fruit cake, every cracker and chip,
Every last bit of food that I like must be banished,
'Til all the additional ounces have vanished.
I won't have a biscuit - not even a lick.
I'll want only to chew on a long celery stick.
I won't have hot scones, or cake, or fruit pie,
I'll munch on a carrot and quietly cry.

I'm hungry, I'm lonesome, and life is a bore,
But isn't that what January is for?
Unable to laugh, no longer a riot.
Happy New Year to all and to all a good diet!

πŸŽƒ CoachCollins Pumpkin Soup for Halloween πŸŽƒ

Step 3 and above
150 calories per portion
Serves 2

Ingredients

β€’ 1 Medium (500g) Pumpkin
β€’ 1 Whole (25g) Garlic
β€’ 6 Shallots
β€’ Frylight
β€’ 1 Tsp Turmeric
β€’ 1 Branch of Rosemary
β€’ 0.5 litre 1:1 Diet Golden Vegetable

Instructions

β€’ Heat up the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4

β€’ Cut Pumpkin πŸŽƒ into half and clean all the seeds

β€’ Cut it into squares and add onto a baking tray covered with Parchment paper

β€’ Cut shallots and garlic into half to get the flavour out by baking

β€’ Add to the Pumpkins

β€’ Spray with frylight

β€’ Sprinkle with turmeric and pepper and mix

β€’ On top add rosemary

β€’ Bake for 30 Minutes

β€’ Once baked, take OUT the Rosemary and transfer all onto a large saucepan..

β€’ Add 1:1 Diet Golden Vegetable and with a hand mixer mix it all into a soup.

β€’ Swirl in some fat free plain yoghurt on the top. Sprinkle with herbs. Serve and enjoy!

I have to share the results of tonights amazing evening of weigh ins...

5 'on plan' clients have lost a grand total of 22 pounds in one week!! Thats an average of over 4 pounds each! Super proud consultant today!!
