World 🌍 Menopause Day is held annually on October 18 to raise awareness about menopause and the support options available to improve the health and well-being of women.

It was established in 2009 by the International Menopause Society (IMS) in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO).

The month of October is also recognized as Menopause Awareness Month.

The theme for World Menopause Day 2025 is Lifestyle Medicine, which focuses on how daily choices like diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management can impact the experience of menopause.
