ℹ️ From the 14th of January 2026 we have introduced a new system for any non - urgent routine appointments 🗓️ called Total Triage.

You can submit non/urgent medical & admin requests via our online form on our front website online or your NHS App 📱 

If you cannot use the online form please call reception and they will complete on your behalf.
