Thursday 21st August - Springfield Cambridge Church, Bishopbriggs, 10am-10.45am.

Thursday 21st August - St Cyrpians Church, Lenzie, 6pm-7pm.

Well as the festive holidays have officially come to an end I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and hope 2025 brings you all that you hope for.

All classes start back this week and I am very much looking forward to getting back to teaching and seeing you all on the mat. 💚
