I’m every Monday 12pm for an express Kundalini Yoga class.
Kundalini Yoga is all about working with the energy of the 10 bodies. We use movement, mantra, breath work and meditation to bring balance, healing and awareness.
It can be a very powerful practice to work with kundalini energy and it’s so important to do it in a safe, held space with an experienced teacher.
I invite you all along to my Monday classes which give you a short (45 min) Kundalini Yoga session, a perfect way to begin your week.
