It’s actually a cool little snapshot of my teenage years and 20s. It reminds me how much I loved my degree. Looking at history through culture, I even wrote an essay about H G Wells and how his writing reflected societal fears of the time.

It reminds me how disappointed I was with my Highers. I was predicted As and got Bs and Cs which felt like failure to me at the time….. how ridiculous is that!! I passed 7 Highers and told myself I wasn’t good enough. And it had total minimal impact anyway, I got into uni and studied a course I loved. But I cried all morning when I got my results. Still battle a bit with perfectionism but learning to let go!

Are there parts you prefer to keep hidden? Do you project a version of yourself you want others to see?

Me too! We all do it. But it can keep us fragmented.

Join me at in my meditation workshop as we identify these different parts of ourselves - our persona, our true self, our shadow self and hidden self- and begin our journey of piecing them all together into wholeness.

Yes there will be showers at the festival! Weekend and day tickets are now available through the link in our bio. You can camp overnight or go home/to your own accommodation on Saturday night and come back on Sunday morning.

We have yoga, workshops, hand-poke tattoos, dreamcatcher making and more! It all takes place at Beechbrae Woodland Centre, easy to reach from anywhere in Central Scotland!
