Ticket prices include breakfast lunch and dinner (made on site by the wonderful )

Tickets also include all classes, workshops and sauna and a space to pitch your tent. If camping isn’t for you there are accommodation options nearby.

Hand-poked tattoos by .on.earth and individual treatments are available at an additional cost, booking for these must be made in advance.

This is a Welsh folk song…. A love song ❤️

I wanted to share my love of folk music and also a bit about myself.

People can rarely tell where exactly I’m from from my accent. I was born in Wales and moved to Scotland when I was 12. Welsh mother, Scottish father with some Irish grandparents thrown in to the mix! Quite the Celt!

This is one of my favourite meditations, combining mantra, breath, mudra and visualisation.

It connects us with the infinite, awakens kundalini energy, expands and strengthens the aura and increases intuition.

Kundalini yoga really needs to be experienced to understand the power of it.
