💫 Clinical Pilates from Helping Hands Health has landed.

🤲 The first class I will be leading is for people who have generalised joint hypermobility (more info to follow).

📆 This class will start on the 22nd April Noust Studio @ 17:45.

➡ This class will run as a block of 5. A pre-class induction and assessment is compulsory to make sure you're the right fit for the class and you get as much out of it as possible.

📩 The wait list is now open so send me your expression of interest if you would like a spot in the class.

🥳 Absolutely delighted to have completed my Pilates Clinical Matwork Level 1 with APPI. This is already an absolute game changer for Helping Hands Health in terms of the service and reach I can offer.

🫶 I have started to teach pilates 1:1 as part of my course and so far I am absolutely loving it. The changes I am seeing in clients is just wonderful to see and is giving me so much motivation to keep the studying going.

💪 Level 2 & 3 will be completed very soon.

🥲 Well this has made my day!

😎There's lots of work going on behind the scenes at Helping Hands Health HQ at the moment and it's all to offer you the best possible service.

❔What's happening?

➡ Lots of new templates have been created in Physitrack which means that you get the most suitable rehab and advice directly to your inbox whilst you're in your session.

➡ I have completed my Level 1 Matwork Certification in Clinical Pilates with the amazing Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. This means more knowledge, more insight into your movement issues and ultimately more solutions to help you move better and feel better 💪. Yes I'm still doing hands on osteo in my treatments but the movement is also where it's at and boy do I have movement for you.

🚨Clinical pilates classes will be starting in May so stay tuned for the waitlist sign up and further details about what you can expect.

👉 Introducing the amazing Cailynn!

🙏I have have had the absolute pleasure of sponsoring Cailynn over the past year and will continue to do so until she's had enough of all the exercises I make her do 😏. I sponsor Cailynn with a monthly osteo session where we work through any ni**les / injuries she's got going on.

🚨What you need to know. Cailynn is above all else a phenomenal young woman. She not only plays Rugby for Orkney but also for Caledonia Midlands. She's travels south twice a week often for training and games and still manages to work and study. Over the past few months she's absolutely smashed her rehab to get rid of a knee ni**le she was carrying and she is back on top 💪

❔Why are you only hearing about this now I hear you ask. Well that's because I have just had a complete social media hiatus. But this is over now and you will be hearing much more from me about Cailynns' journey and progress.
