THIS IS A NATIONAL ISSUE AFFECTING MANY ROBOT PHARMACIES ALL OVER THE UK.

Due to this we cannot dispense prescriptions right now.

Due to unforeseen staff absence we are temporarily unable to offer our travel vaccination clinic.

We appreciate this is frustrating but unfortunately the circumstances are out of our control.

We will update our availability as soon as we are able to offer appointments again. At this current time there is not an alternative solution we are able to offer.

I am pleased to announce that Bel from 5 Element Acupuncture will be working from my room in Sutherland's pharmacy on Mondays as of 4th August 2025.

Bel is an acupuncturist working in women's health, practising Five Elements Acupuncture. She is a member of the Acupuncture for Childbirth Team down south working in the field of fertility including IVF support, pregnancy & postpartum care. She's been attending many births over the past 20 years as a "Doula with needles". More recently working around supporting women through their menopausal years.
