Sophie will be holding our monthly Cacao Connection in Noust Studio on Sunday 1st March - a beautiful way to activate the heart-mind-body connection, to take a moment of introspection, to connect to your emotional centre and fully engage with the unfolding world around us.

The event is a mix of guided breath work, gentle movements which can be performed seated or standing to meet your needs, a cup of ethically sourced, single origin Ceremonial Grade Cacao, reflective journaling and a grounding meditation - all supported by sound.

✨ Sacred Self Love – February Evening Reset

February can be a long, grey stretch — this evening is a chance to intentionally add a little self-care, warmth, and rest into your month.

This is a calm, welcoming session for anyone curious to try this kind of space — whether you’re completely new, or you already know you need some time to switch off and recharge.

The evening gently blends relaxation and sensory rest, including:
• Relaxed community circle
• Warm cacao & rose connection
• Guided meditation
• Sound bath to help the body fully unwind
• Optional Indian Head Massage/Therapeutic touch — available if you’re keen to try (always fully consent-led)
• Light refreshments

Think of it as two and a half hours where you don’t need to achieve, fix, or do — just arrive and be looked after.

An U P D A T E to the Waypoint Pilates classes on Friday: the second class will now be 'Pilates Flow' and looks to marry the creative flow of a vinyasa class with pilates core/and strength focus, very cool 🤩

She's such a fount of knowledge in respects to Cacao (the bean we get chocolate from) and guides participants through drinking it in meditation, as is the tradition for the regions it comes from. In the Celtic wheel of the year, February 1st marks Imbolc - the first day of Spring. Although the frost may still be on the ground and in the air, signs of life are stirring - snowdrops budding, wild garlic emerging and new lambs soon appearing!
