Do you remember the famous song, I took a pill in Ibiza? Well the artist, Mike Posner, is now sober. And he re-made the song to talk about his recovery. This is absolutely beautiful. So powerful! Thank you, Mike!

Happy 3rd Birthday to Better Today!

I am so proud of this brilliant organisation and the impact it has made.

Our staff and volunteers have made the most warm and welcoming place for people to come visit in their time of need.

This year is all about developing Better Today - so that it reaches its potential and so it can continue to support those struggling with their mental health and addiction.

A huge thank you to everyone that's been a part of it so far! Whether you've attended, volunteered, supported, funded us - we are so thankful.
