We've had a fantastic time on our Beginners' Course over the past three weeks ... so much so that another ABG 'Taster Session' has been arranged for next Friday, 1st April, 3.00-4.00pm... and most of the places are already taken!

However, if you are free and would like to give climbing a try please get in touch asap (and if we are oversubscribed again we can always organise another..... and another.... and another, so don't miss out!)

Just £8 for a full hours tuition - suitable for absolute beginners or anyone wanting a 'refresher' session.

Didn't realise until today that David is the Government Highways Engineer who tests that the Forth Road Bridge is up to the mark. (He's just got back from Scotland when he came to Pilates today.) No wonder he's so good at holding The Bridge?

There are still spaces in our Monday and Wednesday morning sessions, so now's your chance find out what Pilates is all about and how you can learn to relax, look after your back, strengthen your core muscles and generally get toned up in time for the warmer weather.
