Over the past months, I’ve worked incredibly hard to build a strong, high-performing team to support the wonderful Emily (who many of you already know and love).
Although I’ll be away for a few months to begin this new chapter with my growing family, Palm Holistics will still be here for you. My hope is that our lovely existing clients continue visiting the salon, getting to know the team, and trusting the amazing skills they bring
Here’s a little introduction to our fabulous team during my absence:
* Paula - in the salon 3 days a week + 2 Saturdays a month, offering all nail services and pedicures, including builder gell & gel extensions.
• Victoria - available Wednesday & Thursday evenings (6-9pm), offering massage, scalp treatments, Reiki, and reflexology.
Emily - offering a full range of treatments including beauty, Medik8 facials and massage at a full-time basis
Amelia - our builder gel nails specialist every Monday.
We’ve carefully structured the diary so the salon will be open 6 days a week, including 4 late evenings, to make sure we can still accommodate as many clients as possible.
Now, for the emotional part
For the past 4 years, l’ve poured so much dedication into building the most wonderful client base. Many of you followed me from my tiny salon in Knebworth high street to where I am now and I still pinch myself asking my self why. And although you might think
“Anastasia won’t remember me,” please know that you’re wrong - I truly remember and appreciate every single client. Whether you’ve visited once, returned often, left a kind review, recommended us to others, or simply given me a chance - you’ve made such a difference to my business. From the bottom of my heart, thank you a million times.
I’ve formed incredible bonds with so many of you, and many clients now feel more like friends. That’s why stepping away for maternity leave feels so daunting - because I’ll miss seeing you all. My biggest hope is that when I return, you’ll still be here waiting for me. That would mean the absolute world. I will be taking a few months off and will be returning back but you will all be updated With love and gratitude,
