Created by mums, for mums, our coaches genuinely understand what's needed to improve female health and wellness. We're master personal trainers, not fitness instructors, so you receive coaching specific to YOUR needs. Our membership is not limited to fitness but encompasses nutrition, stress-management, sleep quality, mindset, gut-health and hormone-balancing. A genuine holistic approach. Our groups are limited to 16 per trainer to ensure individual attention. We are all shapes, sizes and ages. Some are fitties; some strive to be. Others just enjoy the fresh air and company. ALL women are welcome, regardless of their current fitness level.

We have seen our fair share of clients with Plantar Fasciitis over the years... here are some facts and tips you may not have known!

Common causes of plantar fasciitis:
❌ Being overweight
❌ Having limited ankle dorsiflexion.
❌ Spending a lot of time on your feet without breaks.
❌ Repetitive high impact activities e.g. running / jumping.
❌ Incorrect footwear for your activity.
❌ Menopausal reduction in oestrogen effects the elasticity of the plantar fascia.

Things you can do to help prevent or treat existing plantar fasciitis:
✅ Establish and maintain a healthy weight.
✅ Improve ankle mobility via regular exercise, including stretching.
✅ Take regular breaks if you spend much time on your feet.
✅ Choose exercise that requires no or little running/jumping.
✅ Invest in appropriate footwear for your activities.
