🌸World Menopause Day 2025 takes place on the 18th October, led by the International Menopause Society. This year’s theme — “Lifestyle Medicine in Menopausal Health” — highlights how healthy habits like good nutrition, regular exercise, quality sleep, and stress management can support wellbeing during menopause. The day aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about women’s midlife health throughout World Menopause Month in October. WORLD SEPSIS DAY SATURDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER 2025

Sepsis is a global health crisis; 48,000 people in the UK died as a result of the condition last year. Sepsis arises when the body’s response to an infection injures its own tissues and organs. It may lead to shock, multi-organ failure, and death – especially if not recognized early and treated promptly. The signs and symptoms of Sepsis vary from adults to children, please see the below as it is so important to familiarise yourself with the warning signs. This will help to enable you to recognise when to seek urgent medical attention.
