I completely understand why people message asking for advice about their feet — when something hurts or looks unusual you want reassurance quickly.

But diagnosing a foot problem from photos or videos in DMs just isn’t appropriate (or safe). A proper assessment involves medical history, examining the area properly and sometimes tests — none of which can be done through Instagram.

I also receive a very high volume of messages and unfortunately I’m not able to respond individually to everyone asking for diagnoses.

If you’re concerned about something with your feet, the best thing to do is book an appointment with a qualified podiatrist who can assess it properly.

Your feet deserve proper care, not guesses from a photo 👣

This isn’t posted for shock value. It’s posted for hope.

Behind every “eww” comment is a real person who has likely felt embarrassed, uncomfortable or self-conscious about their feet for far too long.

I share these transformations to show what’s possible with the right treatment, care and support. There is help. There is a solution.

Unkind or disrespectful comments will be deleted — because this space is about education, encouragement and restoring confidence, not shame. 💛

If you’re applying antifungal treatment to a thick fungal nail…
but not reducing it first… 👀

You could be limiting the results.

Debulking the infected nail helps remove fungal load and allows topical treatment to reach more effectively.

It’s not just about what you apply.
It’s about what you remove first.

Fungal toenails are stubborn and often, topical treatments prove to be ineffective.

The Lacuna Method changes that by creating micro pathways so the antifungal solution reaches the infection directly.

Save this if you found it helpful ✔️

The viral verruca on a 7-year-old 👣
Everyone had advice — including zinc oxide tape (which they didn’t use).
3 months later… it’s almost gone ✨
Sometimes, time really is the best healer ⏳

This verruca started off incredibly painful, affecting this gentleman’s day to day life!

It had been misdiagnosed by someone else as a corn so when that treat failed, he came to see me.

He started his Swift microwave therapy journey, and 3 months later, the lesion had resolved! 🥳🥳

⚠️ Trigger warning – clinical content

Patient thought this was a verruca… but it was actually a corn that had been treated at home and ended up ulcerated.

Self-diagnosing foot lesions is more common than you’d think — and home treatments can sometimes make things much worse.

This is exactly why an assessment from a qualified professional matters 🙌
The right diagnosis = the right treatment.

Verruca? Errrr… not this time 🤪
