After 22 years’ service, one of our Phase 1 lifts developed a component failure, where a replacement part was no longer available. Furthermore, a replacement lift would have involved extensive building works.

Instead, our team fully refurbished the lift, restoring it with new safety parts, a service and an oil change.

This project is a great reminder of the longevity of our lifts and our commitment to going the extra mile so customers can continue to live safely and independently in the homes they love.
