Monday - DUB-FLOW - YOGA - 08:00-09:00. Satria Yoga and MovementGentle yoga flows to make rejuvinate for the week ahead.

Tuesday - BODY-BRAWN - CALISTHENICS - 18-19:00 Locomotion, handstands and conditioning from Satria Fighting Arts. Movements that will make you sweat and learn the basics for straight arm strength - Handstands

Wednesday - HELLS -BELLS - 18:00-19:00 Kettlebell Conditioning: Focusing on developing overall body strength and performance. (Open to regular users of the kettlebell, intermediates, Athletes and Shinty members)
