With school holidays imminent, can I please remind you of the following terms and conditions.
I completely understand that our British weather is unpredictable, (although it doesn’t feel it at the moment!) and sometimes plans are made last minute, but I simply cannot afford to lose money because a client has woken up and decided to go to the beach that morning.

Therefore, as stated in my T&Cs, (pinned at the top of my FB page) the following charges will apply…..

Less than 48hrs notice = 50% of appointment cost
Less than 24hrs notice/same day = 100% of appointment cost

Once paid, a further appointment can then be made.
