Change Mental health is having an on line sessions for Young Farmers to gain more information about Stress and Anxiety.

It is for young farmers and crofters ages 16 – 40 or anyone that age who has been connected to farming or crofting in the past.

Informative & practical training with tools to manage stress, anxiety, and the mental impact of changing weather, created for young farmers

This is a great service. Please bare in mind turnaround anything ordered from GP's to delivery is 3-4 days

*We still have spaces on our delivery service*

We cover these areas on the following days:

Lairg village and nearby outwith
- Monday-Friday

Rosehall and surrounding areas as far as Loubcroy, Gruids/Achany and Invershin area
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Rogart and surrounding areas
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Altnaharra and Shinness
- Tuesday and Thursday

If there are ever any emergency deliveries required we will always try to deliver them out that day if we are asked before 10am. Otherwise we try to accommodate a 3/4 day turn around maximum from the time you order with your doctors.

Once per month we also deliver as far as Achfary.

If you would like to sign up for the delivery service please do phone the pharmacy on 01549 402374.

Since we cover a large area, we can always take on new patients from other surgeries if you require a delivery in any of these areas.

IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

On Wednesday 21st January our clinical system is to be updated.
During this time staff will have very limited access to any patient records.

We would kindly ask that patients refrain from calling, or attending the Practice between the hours of 8am & 12pm, unless it is for an emergency medical situation.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.

We wanted to let you know we have upgraded our phone system. This is in preparation for the UK’s digital phone switchover (now by 2027). Don't worry - we have kept the same number 01549 402007

You will notice a couple of changes when calling in:

1. Message to let you know all calls are recorded for training purposes
2. Press option 1 to speak to Reception
3. If the lines are busy you will hear a message to let you know this. You are free to either hold or call back later on
