What’s this all about? - Lairg & District Community Initiatives have commissioned Hazel Allen and Elaine Adams from Athena Solutions to explore the potential to develop a Care and Well-Being Centre for Lairg and the surrounding area
- but most importantly we want to hear your views on issues such as
• Residential care
• Nursing Care
• Short term respite
• End of life care

A free Employability Lunch and Afternoon Tea is set to take place in Lairg later this month, with organisers extending a welcome to anyone interested in work, training or learning new skills.

Not long now until Winterfest 2025 which is taking place on Saturday 6th December!
Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves have politely requested for people to NOT bring dogs along to the parade because the reindeer can get very spooked by even the smallest of doggies!
The reindeer parade will leave from the bottom of Main Street and make its way up to the Community Centre at 12 noon.
Please share this with anyone you may know!

LDCI is politely asking anybody who may have vehicles parked in the community centre car park to move them away for the duration of the Winterfest event (from the afternoon of Friday 5th December until 5pm on Saturday 6th December) to allow access for the funfair and Reindeer pen.
