Hi all, so I’ve moved from my old place of 7 year on the high street lampeter to my new place on bridge street, drovers road.

This new place has wheel chair access and parking for all patients.

So if you have any injuries, back issues (Sciatica), hip/knee replacements, problems getting strength and range after an operation you can come in for a full assessment, treatment and rehabilitation plan that is patient specific for you.

Also sports massage available

Hi, it’s that time of year again, people are signing up to gyms and fitness classes 💪. In the last week I’ve seen an increase in different types of Tendinopathy, such as Achilles’ tendon pain, rotator cuff pain and elbow pain (Tennis & Golfers elbow). These can be potentially due to people going from inactivity to activity and the load has increased significantly also repetitive activities.

These injuries need to be managed appropriately with a patient specific rehabilitation plan. If you have any of these problems, get in touch to see how I can help
