Chasing the last of the evening light 🌅

There’s something about that golden hour glow that makes everything feel a bit softer, a bit quieter. Took a few moments to soak it in tonight — a couple of views across the farm and, of course, the cows enjoying it just as much as I was.

At Peaceful Pools Wellbeing Farm CIC in Cwmann, Lampeter, we’re excited to be growing our team and are looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to join us.

🐑 About us
Peaceful Pools is a wellbeing farm supporting mental health, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing through nature-based and animal-assisted experiences.
We work with neurodivergent children, young people, and adults in a calm, inclusive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop life skills, and connect with nature.

🌱 About the role
• Occupational Therapist (Nature & Wellbeing Practice)
• Part-time & flexible
• 6-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend)

Thanks to National Lottery funding, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative project with a strong vision for long-term impact.

We’d love to hear from practitioners who:
• Have experience in social care, neurodiversity, or wellbeing
• Value person-centred and trauma-informed approaches
• Are enthusiastic about creative, outdoor, and therapeutic work

We’re delighted to share some exciting news! 🎉

Thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, we are launching a 6-month pilot scheme to employ an Occupational Therapist.

This new role will help us better support our community by promoting independence, wellbeing, and improved quality of life for those we work with.

We’re incredibly grateful for this support and look forward to seeing the positive impact this initiative will bring 💙
