The very first time I spoke in public was when I worked for Cathay Pacific Airways in Hong Kong.
My housemate had designed the incredible 3 C's course. Lots of physical challenges, and then I was chosen to speak.
I was so nervous, my knees were a-knocking and my throat closed up: I literally had no voice.
After a lot of coaxing from one of the facilitators, I whispered my message.
They loved what I had to say, so they asked me to speak on the last day - this time with a microphone 😭 The horror that I was being amplified.
That coach later approached me and said, 'Twice you have spoken and reduced me to tears. You clearly have beautiful things to say.' 🥺

Fast forward a couple of decades and I have found my voice.
I have spoken at the Rotary Club Hamilton; TEDx Cumbernauld and various events.
This weekend, I was speaking at the first Vivid Roots Festival in the Highlands about all things agent-y; how to approach agents as an unrepped actor, etc.
I also gave them several tools from Access Consciousness that have brought me joy, ease and flow in my life.

It was a beautiful event and a participant came up to me afterwards and said, 'You are magic. Can I shake your hand?'
'Thank you. 🥰 No!' and I gave her a huge hug.
Ironically, my talk was entitled Dare to be Seen - and that is exactly what I'm doing now.

We don't know how long we have in this life. What would it be like to make the most of it and allow yourself to release your doubt and live in ease?

Off to Edinburgh in the pouring rain to give a session of Accesss Consciousness Bars. The beauty is - by giving, I also receive. So looking forward to this as could do with a mind unravel!

I had my first Bars client today since becoming Senior Partner at Vella Wozniak Talent Agency. It was blissful, and we cleared so much stuff. It was a reminder how effective Access Bars sessions are. Sessions last about 1 hour and are £70 in the comfort of your own home (travel costs may be incurred over one hour), or £50 at mine near Douglas in South Lanarkshire.

Remember when we were little and we were told that magic doesn't exist? That unicorns and dragons were 'just a myth' and that we certainly are not magic?

That never sat right with me - and now I get why. It's the energy behind those things - just like Santa Claus is the energy of giving and kindness and fun.

Last night, I decided to embrace the dragon energy that I be, and today I found the energy of a unicorn.
