I'm thrilled to announce our new Morning Retreat days, including brunch, where you can join us to celebrate the arrival of each new season. Myself, Margaret Lilley, will be joined by Sasha from 8foldyoga and we are offering a morning of Breathwork, Yoga and Mindfulness techniques including guided meditation here at Peace Lily Studio in Lanark followed by a delicious seasonal brunch.
