Our afternoon colouring in Shamrocks in preparation for St Patrick’s Day.
Where we spoke of Irish culture,& had an enjoyable afternoon.

A gathering brought residents together, where we enjoyed cakes, scones , wine/ beer , tea/ coffee.
This gave the residents an ideal chance to interact with each other & reminisce about the past.

Balloon games & music therapy this morning where our residents played their instruments along to songs .
This improves coordination and motor skills as well as adding social interaction.
A firm favourite with everyone.

This afternoon we visited Memory Lane where we met old and new friends.
Welcomed with tea and home baking, we then enjoyed singing and dancing.

Shrove Tuesday was celebrated at Beechgrove with residents and staff coming together to enjoy freshly homemade pancakes. Everyone had great fun choosing from a variety of delicious toppings, creating a lovely atmosphere filled with smiles, laughter, and sweet treats enjoyed by all. 🥞
