PhysiCare Ltd (Chartered Physiotherapists) are a Lanarkshire co. specialising in musculoskeletal conditions, manual handling training and risk assessments.

PhysiCare Ltd (Chartered Physiotherapists) are a Lanarkshire company. We have been working throughout the UK since 1996 to improve the lives of individuals and save money for businesses with our wide range of specialised services (treatment & advice, manual handling training, ergonomic & other risk assessments and health promotions). Our Lanarkshire treatment and advice clinics are available to everyone (by appointment). PhysiCare specialise in musculoskeletal (quite a mouthful isn’t it?). Put simply it's the body’s system of muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones and joints. You are likely to have a musculoskeletal disorder (MSD) if you are suffering from any of the below symptoms in your musculoskeletal system.

• PAIN
• STIFFNESS (DIFFICULTY MOVING)
• NUMBNESS (NO FEELING AT ALL)
• PINS & NEEDLES (TINGLING)
• SWELLING/BRUISING/REDNESS (VISIBLE DISCOLOURATION)
• LOSS OF FUNCTION OR RANGE OF MOVEMENT

At your first appointment one of our Chartered Physiotherapists will assess you and discuss appropriate treatment options. PhysiCare are registered with all major insurance companies. If you are paying for the treatment yourself it's a pay as you go service, so you will not be expected to pay for a block of sessions up front. The initial assessment is £35 and follow-up appts are £30. We can offer morning, afternoon, evening and weekend appointments and have clinics in Hamilton, Cambuslang, East Kilbride and Lanark. Great fun doing the photoshoot earlier this month at our Lanark training suite with the adorable Evelyn and her Mum Claire. Lots of good content to add to our moving and handling children with additional support needs (ASN) materials and of course the upcoming SMHPS Module G moving & handling small children and babies.

Our full time physiotherapists can enjoy a variety of work, ranging from hands-on MSK clinics to help employees return to or remain at work, delivering manual handling training for health and social care, to conducting ergonomic (work activity, DSE) and manual handling risk assessments.
