Availability is back to normal and it’s the perfect time to get rebooked 🙌
I’ve got more flexibility in the diary now, including one late night each week and 2 Saturdays per month. While appointments are easier to get, it’s still best to book a couple of weeks in advance to secure your preferred slot.

When it’s cold outside, your skin feels it too ❄️
And that’s especially important to remember before a waxing appointment.

Cold skin is tighter, less flexible and more sensitive, which can make waxing feel more uncomfortable and increase the chance of redness or irritation.

Warming the skin first helps soften the hair, relax the pores and allows the wax to grip the hair properly — not the skin 🙌
✨ Why warming the skin matters: • Reduces discomfort during waxing
• Helps prevent skin lifting and irritation
• Allows for smoother, more effective hair removal
• Leaves skin calmer and happier afterwards
Top tip for winter clients:
Avoid arriving straight in from the cold if possible. Layers, keeping the area covered, and allowing your body a few minutes to warm up before treatment can make a big difference.
Healthy skin = better results 💛
Winter waxing can be just as comfortable with the right prep.

People please be careful if you are coming into the salon today as it is very slippery. I have put salt down but the rain keeps washing it away. I have fallen twice today already, i was like Bambi on ice 🦌🧊

Hi everyone hope you all had a wonderful Christmas & new year. As many of you know i have told you about my cousins nursery and what has happened which is awful what they are going through right now is ridiculous that can happen. As we come to the end of another year, I just want to say a truly heartfelt thank you to each and every one of my wonderful clients. All my lovely Christmas gifts & tips were very much appreciated ❤️

Your continued support, trust and custom mean more to me than I can ever put into words. Running a small business isn’t always easy, and your kindness, loyalty and encouragement are what keep me going. I am so grateful to be your beauty therapist and to be trusted with your self-care, it genuinely means the world to me.

On a more personal note, when I return to work on 5th January, I will be strictly sticking to my original working hours. The busy run-up to Christmas involved very long days & it has kind of broke me and I’m now feeling unwell and burnt out. It’s made me realise that I need to start looking after myself properly so I can continue to give you the best version of me 💛 Thank you in advance for your understanding and support with this.

I’d like to wish you all a wonderful 2026, may it be positive, healthy and full of happiness. I’m so excited for what’s ahead, with lots of exciting new things coming in 2026 ✨
