Flu cases are already 3️⃣ times higher than this time last year.

🤒🤧This means that flu season has started early, so if you're eligible for the flu jab, get yourself protected ASAP.

❗It's important to do so even if you have had the vaccine in previous years, or been ill with flu before. Immunity fades over time and viruses change each year.

If you're vaccinated and catch flu this winter, you're likely to have milder symptoms and recover faster.

We will be closed from 1:00pm on Wednesday 12 November for essential staff training and we will re-open at 8:00am on Thursday 13 November.

📆 Monday 10 November - Friday 14 November

Our Dalton Square site is closed this week to allow essential maintenance work to safely take place.

The building is fully closed and:

❌ Appointments are not available at Dalton Square, but offered at alternative sites nearby
📄 Patients will not be able to drop prescription slips off at Dalton Square. We request that prescription requests are made via the NHS App, or dropped off at an alternative site
🧪 We are also unable to accept samples at Dalton Square during this time – they should also be taken to an alternative site
🚶‍♀️🚶We encourage patients to contact us online via Patchs or by phone (01524 238150) to make requests, instead of visiting reception at Dalton Square. If needed, please visit reception at another site.

Your nearest alternative site to Dalton Square is King Street.

We do not take decisions to close our buildings unless it is absolutely necessary, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The building will be fully closed and:
