Danielle has refused to train them
Anna says they still need to be added onto Birdie
Keira doesn’t trust them
James is reviewing the risk assessment
Matthew approved it anyway

💗 A Special Thank You 💗

Today we received a beautiful card and gift from a client’s family, and messages like this mean the world to us.

A special shout out to Sandra, who was personally mentioned for the incredible care, help and support she gave. The family even thanked her for going above and beyond, including accompanying their mum to A&E when she needed support.
The card also mentioned Matthew and James, thanking them for their help and guidance when the family needed advice and support with professionals and doctors.

One line from the card really touched us:
"Mum had the best carers in town and thank you all from the bottom of my heart."
Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

Danielle was last seen confidently saying,

“It’ll be fine, you’ll manage.”
Fast forward 48 hours…

☕ Tea consumption has doubled
📋 The rota has been refreshed 73 times
📞 Phones are being answered with “Yes absolutely!” followed by silent panic

Meanwhile, Danielle is somewhere enjoying annual leave and not worrying about a single shift 😎
