Look after yourself.
Whether in a relationship, or single, as the seasons change, keep your exercise and mental health a priority.
Suggestions that help:
- regular walking outside in the fresh air (buy waterproofs ๐)
- get a personal trainer for a couple of months
- join a local gym
- up the self-care (wonderful baths, spa days, a lush pot of something that smells luxurious)
- some funky wellies, so it's a pleasure to put them on
- a good book

- good, nourishing, food prep
- beautiful oil diffuser
- a massage
- pedicure
- a wash and blow dry at the hairdressers
