Sunday Sanctuary 🌿
A small ritual for rest and reset
Light a candle or sit near a window and let the light meet you.
Place both feet on the floor or ground and take three slow breaths, longer on the exhale.
Gently name one thing you are ready to release from the week just passed.
Then name one quality you wish to carry into the week ahead.
Nothing big. Nothing forced.
If it feels right, wash your hands with warm water, imagining the weight of the week rinsing away. Let this simple act mark the shift from doing to being.
You don’t need a long ritual to begin again.
Sometimes rest itself is the magic. 🌿✨
