Listening to the Body’s Wisdom
Quote: “Tune in to the quiet wisdom within your body.”
Sit or lie somewhere comfortable and take a few gentle breaths to arrive in the moment. Let your awareness begin to move inward.
Bring your attention to your body, starting at your feet and slowly moving upward. Notice any sensations — warmth, coolness, tension, ease — without trying to change anything. Simply listen.
Ask softly, “What is my body telling me right now?” Perhaps it asks for rest, movement, nourishment, or stillness. Trust whatever arises, knowing your body speaks in quiet, subtle ways.
Stay here for a few moments, breathing deeply and honouring this inner wisdom that guides and supports you.
When you’re ready, whisper to yourself, “I trust my body. It knows what I need.”
