This Sunday we gather for Rise & Renew, aligned with Imbolc ~ the season of gentle beginnings, renewed energy, and planting seeds for what’s next 🌱

A day to slow down.
To reflect.
To reconnect with yourself and your intentions for the months ahead.

You don’t come on retreat to be fixed.
You come because you’re human.

Some women arrive tired.
Some arrive carrying a lot.
Some arrive simply needing space to breathe.

During the day, you’ll be invited to slow right down. To pause and clear your mind with meditation, cacao ceremony and hot & cold therapy. To be nourished with a seasonal feast and unlimited speciality teas and coffee. To move gently and intentionally through goddess yoga and sacred movement. And to reconnect with your inner fire through a restorative somatic bodywork and breathwork session, awakening vitality and energy in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Everything is optional. You can join in fully, dip in and out or simply rest and take it all in. There’s no pressure to perform, share or push yourself beyond what feels right. You can even decide on the day.

Our retreats are about creating a calm, welcoming space where you feel held and supported and where you can take exactly what you need from the experience. Nothing more. Nothing less.

It needs intention, softness and a little light.

The sacred festival of Imbolc reminds us that strength can be quiet and beginnings don’t have to be rushed. That’s exactly the energy behind our Rise & Renew day retreat.

We’ve got yoga, meditation, cacao ceremony, hot and cold water therapy and somatic movement to go in deep on uncovering your goddess energy. Add in our lush setting and a seasonal, nutritious breakfast and lunch menu and you have the perfect day where everything is taken care of for you.
