Recently, Kausar, our matron at our Morecambe home organised staff appreciation gatherings for her teams with homemade food, thoughtful appreciation message, and time spent together, it was her small, meaningful way of saying thank you✨

Creating a supportive, family feel within our teams is so important to us and our staff do an amazing job of providing a high standard of care and support our residents and their loved ones like family.
