❌ False.

Autistic people generally need the same amount of sleep as anyone else. However, many experience difficulties falling asleep, staying asleep, or getting restful sleep — not a reduced biological need for rest.

Supporting healthy sleep routines and addressing sleep challenges can make a big difference in wellbeing. 🌙💤
