Haven't we know this for decades beginning with cotton seed oil, for one in the 1800's, the to***co companies later and most prominent now glyphosates.

Toxic Nation is now streaming — and it's the documentary that's already shaking the foundations of Big Food, Big Pharma, and the regulatory agencies that were supposed to protect us.

This film exposes exactly how these powerful industries have colluded for decades — profiting off our pain while chronic illness, inflammation, and fatigue have become the new normal in America.

This is not a theory.
It's facts. Documents. Whistleblower testimony.
And courageous doctors, like myself, who are speaking out.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll learn:
• Why food dyes banned overseas are still served to kids in the U.S.
• How toxic seed oils were marketed as "healthy"
• What's really in your water, home, and skincare
• And how the regulatory system has been complicit every step of the way

This is the only film officially authorized by RFK Jr.'s MAHA brand — and they've turned down millions in media deals to protect the integrity of this message.

If you've ever asked yourself,
"Why am I always so tired?"
"Why are so many people sick?"
This film connects the dots.

October 2024 Newsletter
Well lovely peeps, this is my last newsletter. I have folded up the ends of my couch to push out of the way for now, and I will put my rocking chair in front of the window for sunny day niksen times.

I have had the most amazing therapy experience which I started formally in 1997 with a massage course and then CranioSacral therapy training in 1998. I have learned so much from training instruction, my own time on the couch and most of all, patients. So, again, thank you all who lay on my couch.

July 2024 Newsletter
Some babies are born with club feet. I know because I was one of them. Club foot and the lesser condition of pigeon toes can happen as a result of distorted or constricted space in the womb. Although the foot or entire limb appears twisted in utero the bones appear to be normal. This is not a serious problem and can easily be corrected. I know this too because my mother massaged my feet from birth till they straightened. I am grateful for my mother’s instinct and knowledge which meant no uncomfortable, restricting cast or harsh treatment. If my mother had known about biotensegrity or CST she would have been able to do so much more - like unwind and realign the muscles and muscle fibres from toes to cranial membranes. As we now know everything is connected via connective tissue (ligaments, tendons, fascia, meninges) from toes, knees, hips and shoulders. And even at my age, my fascia will respond to unwinding. This is something I’m always talking about this connection from foot to head when someone comes in with back, neck, shoulder or hip pain – biotensegrity.

I’m slowly starting to clear out my bookcase of books no longer being read or referred to. In the process I found a book, Full Catastrophe Living - How to cope with stress, pain and illness with mindfulness meditation, which I’m enjoying dipping back into. I love those little synchronicities. The author is Jon Kabat-Zinn who did a lot of research with the Dalai Lama and Buddhist monks on how meditation changes the brain. This is a book worth having in your bookcase.

May 2024 Newsletter
Sometimes you just have to stop to make changes in your life. I’ve been trying to get a fix on how the winter of my life should look. Nothing was jumping out at me – no little (or big) markers on my road. So, stopping most things that I do, or participate in, for May has given me an opportunity to step out of my routine and notice and do something different...

April Newsletter

The still point is one of my favourite CranioSacral techniques. I often do it on myself before I get up in the morning. In therapy, a still point, more often than not, happens automatically during a treatment. This technique (if that’s the right word for it) shares its roots in osteopathy and brings the patient to a place of absolute calm. This is a neurological response, which is especially relaxing for the connective tissue throughout the body and shifts the central nervous system from its usual state of alertness to one of calmness. This is a place where the body’s self healing mechanism can do what it needs to do. Holding the head, the feet or anywhere on the body actually, and waiting for the body to still, is so beneficial for anxiety and stress and can also help to lower fever.

March 2024 Newsletter.
Talking of treatments, I know that pain is very difficult to manage especially if you want to/need to avoid pharmaceutical pain killers. Thinking about and being ‘in’ the pain only focuses a laser beam onto the pain. This feeds the pain and any underlying condition creating the pain. Also, it’s impossible to solve or heal something from the same place the issue/problem occurred.
CST is also helpful as it relaxes and calms the body and mind and can change brain waves to alpha or even delta state. Alpha is a flow, mindful state, while ‘Delta waves lead to the body's ability to rejuvenate and revitalize the brain, and poor sleep … and promotes the immune system, natural healing, and restorative/deep sleep.’ Ref: Sciencedirect.com.
